The Alanna Group is currently working on a number of key developments including;
A €500m residential development of 1,300 new homes, parklands and retail in Hansfield Dublin 15 to the north of the Hansfield Train Station.
A €300m residential development of 800 new homes and a new town centre, school, childcare and retail centre in Dublin 15, to the south of the Hansfield Train Station.
Furthermore, a pipeline of in excess of 1500 new homes, as well as over 160,000sqft of industrial development which is currently being worked on.
Additionally; the Group have a number of smaller property development projects including;
114 homes in Newcastle, Co Dublin, across 3 phases totalling over €40m.
The €30m regeneration of a prominent site to include the development of apartments and retail in Inchicore, Dublin 8.
A €20m redevelopment of apartments and duplexes in Clonee, Co Meath.
Construction of a €10m block of 28 apartments in Allendale, Dublin 15.
